Tai Chi -Mind-
In Chinese translation, the Grand Ultimate Fist; is a traditional Chinese martial art created to maximize one's chi, or internal energy. Strong chi means good mental and physical health. By regularly practicing tai chi, participants should achieve great flexibility, balance, and sense of calmness. Yang style of tai chi is taught in this class.
Taekwondo -Spirit-
Taekwondo is a Korean marital art primarily focuses on fast and powerful punching and kicking techniques. However, its true benefits are more than creating quick reflex and explosive power, but character building as well. In his class, Master Fong teaches the five tenets of Taekwondo - courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
- Private training session is either half or one hour and are paid by check or automatic deduction
-Children's Taekwondo is 45 minutes and meeting every Thursday from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm (Age 6 to 12) - Adult Taekwondo is 75 minutes and meeting every Friday from 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm
- Tai Chi class is 60 minutes and meeting every Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
